Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Booking Policy Non-Refundable Reservation Fee A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. • If a deposit is not received, your appointment will be cancelled. • Each appointment allows for one reschedule only. After the first reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. • Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. (If I need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit and policy will remain valid for that rescheduled date.) ⸻ Cancellations & No Shows • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service amount — no exceptions. Example: If your appointment is at 10:30 AM, you must cancel or reschedule before 10:30 AM the previous day to avoid a fee. If your appointment (canceled with proper 24-hour notice) is not rescheduled within three days, your deposit will become invalid. ⸻ Late Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. If my schedule allows, I will do my best to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed, as it affects the next client’s reserved time. Please arrive on time. ⸻ Service Selection Please ensure you are booking the correct service(s) when scheduling. • Example: If you book a “GelX Full Set” but also want designs, please edit your appointment or message me at least 24 hours in advance to adjust your booking. • If you cannot select multiple services, it may mean there isn’t enough time available for that day. If you need help booking, feel free to message me on Instagram — all service prices are listed there. ⸻ Pedicures For health and safety reasons: • If any signs of fungus or discoloration are present, your pedicure will be canceled, and 50% of the service will be charged to cover setup and sanitation costs. • If you are unsure whether you have a nail fungus, please send a photo of the affected area before booking your appointment. ⸻ Damaged Nails If your nails show damage from self-removal or work done by another technician, I reserve the right to refuse service. In this case, your deposit will not be refunded. If you’re unsure about the condition of your nails, please contact me with a photo before booking.
