NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE: Deposit of 20$ is needed for every appointment. 20$ will go towards service! If there Is no deposit Appointment will be CANCELLED. There is a (1) time RESCHEDULING POLICY, after the first rescheduling your deposit will be forfeited and appointment will be cancelled. You will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit! YOUR RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE 24HRS FROM APPOINTMENT TIME! (IF I RESCHEDULE YOU, THIS POLICY WILL BE HONORED FOR THAT APPOINTMENT ONLY) NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% amount of each service booked no exceptions it is only fair to me since I depend on clients and the times booked! IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL PLEASE LET ME KNOW 24hrs in advance to reschedule your appointment, Please provide a 24HR notice so you wont be charged 50% of the service. (Ex. Your appointment time is at 10:30am you must cancel before 10:30am the day prior to your appointment NO EXECPTIONS, this does not give me time to find a client to fit that spot!) Also please have date and time ready when rescheduling, if the appointment that was canceled has not been rescheduled within three days, deposit is no longer valid. NO SHOW 100% service fee 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, after the grace period is over you will lose deposit & I will have to reschedule your appointment, Its only fair to the client that is next and reserved there time! Deposit will need to be made for new appointment. (If I can accommodate you I will, it depends on the Schedule, but its not always possible!)so please get here on time! WHEN BOOKING : Please be sure you are selecting the correct service needed for example: you only book for a Gelx full set and you come in and want designs but it was not booked I may not always have time to accommodate so please request to edit your appointment if needed 24hrs before your appointment date, if you can’t select multiple services for a specific time and day there’s a possibility that there is no time for it so please choose the correct services, Also if you need more assistance on booking your appointments feel free to DM me on Instagram (ALL PRICES ARE LISTED) PEDICURES: if there is any form of fungus on any of your toenails, your pedicure will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of service due to water and products already used to set up for the service, you as the client should know if there is any sort of discoloration or fungus on your toes. if you don’t know if you have a fungus, please reach out with photos of concern toenails before booking your pedicure appointment.
